Day 1:
Our guide will send you to city train station to catch the train to Nanjing, and our private car and local tour guide will pick you up in Nanjing train station.
Nanjing is an ancient capital city, as its name means “Southern Capital”. In the early 20th century, the founder of Republic China, Dr. Sun Yet-sen also settled the capital in Nanjing. Nowadays, in order to commemorate this great revolutionary pioneer, people built Dr. Sun Yet-sen’s Mausoleum and museum in Nanjing. Now it has become a popular sightseeing site, for its beautiful scenery in different seasons.
In the afternoon, we will visit Nanjing Massacre Memorial and Museum. People from all over the world who love world peace will not forget this history. Remember the history is for the future. The memorial exhibits historical records and objects, and uses architecture, sculptures and video to illustrate what happened during the Nanjing Massacre.
At night, after dinner, we will visit the Confucius Temple Bazaar. Here you will find everything you need for souvenir.
Day 2:
Today, let’s visit the Presidential Palace in Nanjing, it is the office of the president before China's liberation in 1949 and now historic remains for people get to know about China’s history in first half of the 20th century.
Xuan Wu Lake is another hot sightseeing spot in Nanjing. The lake is located in city downtown; our tour guide will escort you to have a free walking along the lake. After lunch, our guide will farewell you and send you to train station, service end.
