In the exhibition hall of Shanghai Urban Planning Museum, you will see some unique photos of Old Shanghai cities, houses, and people.
If you want to walk into the photos, the place which is the most worth visiting is “Shang Old City” – the area of Yu Yuan Garden Bazaar, City God Temple, as well as Shanghai Old Street. Here it used to be place where local Shanghainess lived there crowded and simple life, but now the poverty and crowd all gone, left over the redecorated old style houses and shops selling all kinds of local Shanghai souvenirs and snacks.
